Nataliya Nechayeva-Yuriychuk - scholar, political expert
Areas of expertise: political history of the twentieth century, regional and international security, information security, ethno-political relations (especially in the post-Soviet space), European integration and modern EU development strategies.
She began her academic career in 2000. Candidate of Historical Sciences (World History). She has experience in the media, non-governmental sector, and academia. Since 2010, she has been working at the Yuriy Fedkovych National University. She was a guest lecturer at the University of Passau (Germany) in 2015, 2016, 2018, 2023, and at the Pedagogical University of Ludwigsburg (Germany) in 2022. Participant of the ERASMUS+ program (Austria, Greece, Germany, Poland). She has over 25 years of experience in higher education and research.
She has experience in public activities, in particular in the field of adult education, implementation of research, cultural and social projects. Among them are projects aimed at studying public opinion on Ukraine's integration into NATO, the state of development of civil society in Ukraine, developing proposals for managing the region's information space, etc. Regional coordinator of social projects aimed at supporting IDP women in 2021, 2022, 2023.
Regional coordinator of the National Platform for Resilience and Cohesion in Chernivtsi region (2023).
Author of more than 90 scientific publications in Ukraine, Moldova, Germany, Poland, Romania, Turkey, etc.
